Ingredientes:

  • 300g filé de tilápia
  • 100g batatas bolinhas
  • ½ brócolis ninja (limpo e cortado)
  • 2 tomates
  • 50g azeitonas verdes sem caroço
  • 1 cebola
  • 3 dentes de alho
  • cheiro verde
  • sal

Modo de Preparo:

  • Corte a cebola em rodelas e adicione-a à frigideira
  • Em seguida, adicione a tilápia
  • Tempere com sal
  • Descasque o alho e adicione-o à frigideira
  • Fatie o tomate em pedaços médios e adicione à frigideira
  • Fatie as batatas, azeitonas, cheiro verde e o brócolis
  • Tampe a frigideira com a válvula redi-temp aberta e deixe cozinhar em temperatura média até apitar
  • Depois que apitar, feche a válvula e abaixe a temperatura, deixando cozinhar por aproximadamente 5 minutos (o tempo pode variar de acordo com o fogão)
  • Após o tempo, sirva-se e bom apetite
